I'm really hoping the provider is much better than this horrible broker. They called me using an automated dialer only to inform me all representatives were hectic as well as they would certainly call back in 15 minutes. Fine-- they called back and also within the very first min of talking to me, put me on hold to address one more telephone call. This took place 3 times within the first 3 minutes of the phone call.
