I'm hoping the carrier is better than this horrible broker. They called me using an automated dialer only to tell me all representatives were busy as well as they would certainly call back in 15 min. Fine-- they recalled and within the very first min of talking to me, place me on hold to answer another telephone call. This occurred 3 times within the initial 3 mins of the telephone call.
