Assuming one does not do anything it might require a few years to create resistance to HPV virus. If one takes the writer's advice, it takes just a couple of months to establish resistance to HPV. The longer somebody is infected with HPV, the more likely it could create cervical damage. So it is best to generate resistance and do away with human papilloma virus as soon as possible.
