I am working with Boultwood Associates in the United Arab Emirates, where I am developing my understanding of construction projects and commercial risk. I have a particular interest in the role of a Delay Expert, especially how project schedules, progress reports, and site records help explain delays in construction. I enjoy learning how changes in scope, late activities, and coordination problems can affect completion dates and contractual responsibilities. This area has encouraged me to strengthen my analytical skills and pay closer attention to project timelines. Outside work, I enjoy exploring architecture and following major infrastructure developments across the UAE.
