I've interacted with a lot of airline offices when traveling for work and pleasure, but the professionalism and effectiveness of the Perth crew really stood out.
I received friendly greetings and a welcome attitude as soon as I entered the office. The employees were kind, knowledgeable, and sincere in their desire to help. I was concerned that the relatively complicated itinerary, which included several stopovers and particular seating requirements, would be a tiresome process. Nonetheless, the agent I dealt with was incredibly understanding and attentive to my requirements.
I was very pleased by their attention to detail. In addition to offering me the greatest route choices, they made sure my KrisFlyer number was correctly added and promptly updated me on my meal selections and ticket confirmation. Without hesitation, they even assisted me in resolving my travel insurance questions.
